Eric Williams Sr. of Sheridan, Arkansas was born July 18, 1967 in New London, Connecticut, the son of Bettye Johnson Beard and the late Norbert Williams. He had served in the US Army, was a nurse for over 20 years and enjoyed working on race cars and riding motorcycles.

Mr. Williams died January 6, 2019 at JRMC in Pine Bluff at the age of 51.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Norbert Williams, Jr. and wife, Kimberly Williams.

Survivors: companion, Beth Herndon; son, Eric Williams. Jr.; daughter, Alesha Simon; mother, Betty Johnson Beard and step-father, Robert; sisters, Marie Sebastian and Kathy Ritzberg; sister-in-law, Donna Williams; 3 grandchildren, Kameron Simon, Jenna Kate Simon and Enzie Williams and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
