Esther Marie Chaloner Murdock of Redfield, Arkansas was born February 22, 1933 in Little Rock, Arkansas the daughter of the late Bert Wilford and Bessie Brasher Chaloner. She was a member of Marlow Missionary Baptist Church, and a homemaker. She enjoyed watching tv and spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Murdock died at her home on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the age of 81.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Murdock, a son Stephen Murdock, a daughter Peggy Murdock and a brother John Chaloner.

Survivors: grandson, Marc Patterson and great grandson, Daniel Patterson both of Redfield; best friend, Carolyn Andrews and her caregivers, Sunny Gober and Jamie Marks and a host of friends and church family.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Robert Standley and Bro. AL Michael officiating. Burial will follow in Orion Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5-7 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Bud Harrington, Chris Gartman, Tim Kirchner, Brad Moore, Michael Andrews, Chris Johnson and James Croy.
