Eula Belle Orr Talbert of Carthage, Arkansas was born January 7, 1911 at Leola , Arkansas the daughter of the late William Thomas and DeLillie Ann (Crowder) Orr. She was a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church near Carthage and a devoted wife and mother.

Mrs. Talbert died Monday, January 19, 2004 at the Fox Ridge Estates Assisted Living Center in Bryant at the age of 93.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Talbert; daughter: Barbara Carolyn Talbert; sisters: Odetta Riggan, Mary Jane Talbert and Lona Raines.

She is survived by her son Glen Edward Talbert of Sheridan: daughter: Janie Kauffman and husband Pat of Bryant; Brothers: Johnny Orr of Malvern and Harley Crowder of Prattsville

Sister: Josie Russell of Malvern

Grandchildren: Lisa, Carol, Shannon and Cindy

Great grandchildren: Holly, Steven, Mark, Corbin, Emery and Wyatt

Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 P.M. at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church near Carthage with Rev. John Brown and Rev. Mark Thornton officiating. Burial will follow in Hampton Springs Cemetery near Carthage. Memorials may be made to the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund c/o Merl Crowder, 4666 Hwy 229, Carthage, AR 71725.
