Evelyn Marie Brooks was born November 15, 1952 in Booneville, Arkansas to the late  Charles M. and Evelyn Stevens. Evelyn was of the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and collecting roosters.

Mrs. Brooks died Saturday May 4 ^th 2019 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 66.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Evelyn is survived by her husband, James Brooks of Sheridan; son, James Anthony Brooks of Sheridan; daughter, Lisa (Dennis) Hancock of Griffithville; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday May 7 ^th 2019 in our chapel.
