Faye Files Allen of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 9 ^th , 1927 in Fordyce, Arkansas, to the late Walter Lee and Lula Bell Davis Files. She was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for many years and worked as a Wal-Mart Associate for ten plus years. She enjoyed her time with the Women's Auxiliary and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Faye died Saturday August 25, 2018 at Alcoa Pines Nursing Home in Benton at the age of 90.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Allen; and siblings, Lester Files, Ray Files, Mavine Ward, Mary Atrice Lockhart, and Esther Allen.

She is survived by sons, Dennis (Joanne) Allen and Danny Allen; grandchildren, Jodie (Kenneth) Noblett, Flint(Misty) Allen, Denny (Stacey) Allen, and LeAnn (Jason) Roshto; and great grandchildren, Seth, Teri, and Ethan Noblett, Tristan and Carson Allen, Courtney and Ranelle Allen, Priscilla, Cameron Grace, Judson Roshto.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Tuesday August 28, 2018 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel with Bro. Danny hill, Bro. George Knickerbocker and Bro. Jason Roshto officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel South Cemetery, south of Sheridan. Visitation will be Monday night from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 8 Toler Street, Sheridan, Arkansas 72150.

Pallbearers are Joe McElroy, Wayne McElroy, Jim Allen, Mark Allen, Billy Joe Nichols, Phil Myers, Denny Allen and Flint Allen.
