Felix Bird of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 10, 1922 in Sheridan the son of the late Franklin Robert and Cattie McCool Bird.
He was an active member and deacon of Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church and a dairy farmer.

Mr. Bird died Thursday, February 9, 2006 at Hot Spring County Medical Center in Malvern at the age of 83.

Survivors: Wife, Zula Crutchfield Bird of the home,

Sons: Robert Lee Bird and wife Joyce of Sheridan;
Tommy Bird and wife Sheila of Sheridan;

Daughters: Katheryn Miller and husband Shelton of Leola,
Ann Hayden and husband Bob of Little Rock

Sisters: Mary Lee Winston and Willie Mae Mashburn both of Sheridan

Grandchildren: Robbie Bird, Sylvia Bird Nelson, Casey Lamb, Scottie Lamb, Kelly Lamb Morris, Mac Bird, Samantha Bird Gray, Matthew Bird and Summer Bird.
Great grandchildren: Mason, Kayla, Sydney, Katelyn, Daniel, Savannah, Cole, Aidan, Dylan and Diamond.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Gale Umholtz and Bro. Brad Warren officiating. Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery at Prattsville.
Visitation:5-7 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Robbie Bird, Casey Lamb, Mac Bird, Scottie Lamb, Matthew Bird, Gene Nelson, Tim Gray and Shane Morris.
