Frank Leonard Vance Stiefel of Alexander, Arkansas was born February 17, 1952 in Little Rock, the son of the late David and Mary Parker Stiefel. He was a member of Highway 5 Church of Christ and was a photographer. He also served in the US Navy for 10 years.

Mr. Stiefel died at his home on June 16, 2021 at the age of 69.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother David Stiefel.

Survivors: brother, Terry Dean Stiefel (Trina) of Tuscon, AZ and a sister-in-law, Rachel Stiefel of Sheridan and many nieces, nephews and friends.
