Gary Michael Paul, Sr. of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 2, 1949 in Sheridan the son of the late Elwood and Birtie Trichell Paul. He was a US Marine having a Purple Heart for wounded combat in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and any Razorback Sport. He was retired from the United States Postal service working 33 years at Grapevine Post Office.

Mr. Paul died at his home on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at the age of 72.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his biological mother Joyce Atkinson.

Survivors: sons, Gary Michael Paul, Jr. (Connie) of Sheridan, Nicholas Joseph Paul (Keri) of Papillion, Nebraska; brothers Dennis Paul (Paula) of Hot Springs, Danny Paul (Tracy) of Benton, David Paul (Norma) of Palmetto, GA, Glen Paul of Hot Springs; sister; Linda Griffith of Sheridan; 3 grandchildren Nicole, Aly, Aidan and many friends.

Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday December 30, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00-1:45 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Blake Paul, Clint Paul, Joey Paul, Michael Duncan, Wesley Myers, and Chris Griffith.
