Gayle Kenneth Springer of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 23, 1939 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the son of the late Vernon Oliver and Esma Lucille Hamilton Springer. He was a member of the Sheridan Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

Mr. Springer died Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at St. Vincent's North at the age of 74.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Crump Springer, and a brother Bill Springer.

Survivors: Sons, Kenny and wife Janet Springer of Poyen; Randy Springer of Sheridan; daughters, B. J. And husband Thomas Jenkins of Wickes, Cindy Springer of Sheridan;

Sisters, Laverne Davis of Sheridan and Barbara Ann Fleming of East End; 5 Grandchildren, Wendy and husband Eric Lites, Kacey and husband Jeff Murray, Kenneth and wife Haley Springer, Britttany Jenkins and Alex Jenkins; great grandchildren, Keeton and Keller Lites and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 14, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dennis Yarberry officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
