Gregory Daryle "Greg" Vanlandingham of Sheridan, Arkansas was born July 2, 1955 at Pine Bluff, the son of T.D and the late Motier Carter Vanlandingham. He was a member of North Main Baptist Church, was retired from International Paper Company, and was formerly with the Grant County Sheriff's Department Auxiliary. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as volunteering at the B 17 Memorial Park and Friends of Jenkins Ferry. Greg never let his health limitations limit his desire to help others. He had a servant's heart and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.

Mr. Vanlandingham died Monday, August 15, 2016 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, at the age of 61.


Survivors include his wife, Kathy Middleton Vanlandingham of Sheridan; father and step-mother, T.D. and Patricia Vanlandingham of Sheridan; sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Mike Taylor of Fayetteville; one daughter; 2 sons; 4 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. David Tucker and Bro. Michael Walton officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sheridan. Visitation is Wednesday, 6:00-8:00 P.M.
