Grover Dean Palmer of Hot Springs, Arkansas was born December 25, 1956 in Phoenix, Arizona, the son of the late Clarence Otis and Edith Lorene Wilder Palmer.

He died Saturday, February 16, 2019 at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs at the age of 62.

Survivors: brother, C.O. Palmer of Hot Springs; sisters, Jean Clement of Grapevine, Jacqueline Williams of White Hall.

There will be no service at this time.
