Hazel Russell, 89, of Bigelow, AR, formerly of Parkin, AR, passed away Saturday September 6, 2008 at Hot Springs County Hospital after a short illness. She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Albert Russell and her infant son, Charles Daniel Russell. Hazel is survived by her husband, Henry Burnett of Prattsville, AR; three daughters, Dorothy Houston of Collierville, TN, Joyce Russell of Bigelow, AR and Linda Payne and her husband, Joe of Bigelow, AR; one son, Eldon Russell and his wife, Ruby of Heber Springs; 10 grandchildren, Chuck Houston, Rodney Farmer, Randy Farmer, Mitch Watson, Eric Watson, Jan Phillips, Angela Bowers, Joe Payne, Monica Winders and Brooke Hipp and 15 great-grandchildren. Hazel enjoyed quilting and she loved to laugh.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 No. Pine St., Memphis, Tennessee 72301, with visitation from 12 PM until service time. Burial will be at Crittenden Memorial Park Cemetery - 2206 Hwy 64-West, Marion, Arkansas.
