Helen Marie Horne Myers of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 13, 1934 in New Blaine, Arkansas the daughter of the late Clyde C. and Gladys Marie Smith Horne. She was of the Assembly of God faith. She enjoyed shopping, watching TV, and sewing. She made the best enchiladas around. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Myers died Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock at the age of 82.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Meb Myers, and her sister, Margaret Bean.

Survivors: son, Michael Lee and wife Donna of Tupelo, MS; daughters, Paula Cugler and husband John of Panama City Beach, Florida, Brenda Lee of Monroe, Louisiana, Carolyn Lee and Richard Hawkins of Vilonia, Karen Tracy of Sheridan, Melba Myers of Sheridan; sisters, Freda Joyner of Cabot, Marilyn Whitlow and husband Hershel of England; 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be 11:30 A.M. Friday, May 20, 2016 at Jones Cemetery with Pastor Dan McDonald officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.
