Helen Chaffin Winkle of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 17, 1940 in Magnet Cove, Arkansas the daughter of the late Frank and Velma Lunsford Chaffin. She was a member of Sheridan Pentecostal Church of God. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, dancing, going to flea markets and shopping. She was also a florist.

Ms. Winkle died at her home in Sheridan on August 17, 2022 at the age of 82.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Winkle, daughters, Kim, and Rhonda; son, Randy; sisters, Dee, Frankie, Doris, Margie, Barbara and a brother Gary.

Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Rita Winkle of Sheridan; daughter, Amber Thomas of Sheridan; sister, Jan Paul of Plano, Texas; 3 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
