Henry Arlee Smith of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 7, 1925 at Sheridan the son of the late Jacob Marvin and Dovie Kelly Smith. He was a member of Leola Missionary Baptist Church and was a retired crain operator for W.S. Fox and Son.

Mr. Smith died Sunday, February 22, 2004 at Sheridan Nursing and Rehabilation Center at the age of 79.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers: Infant Marvin Ester Smith, Sturgin Smith and George Smith.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. At Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan with Rev. Robert Ewing officiating. Visitation: 6-8 P.M. Tuesday. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Arrangements by Memorial Gardens Funeral Home of Sheridan (870)942-1306.
