Hilda Allen of Sheridan, Arkansas passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 85.

She was born September 11, 1930 in Bakersfield, California to her parents, Brian and Ruby Saleen. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 30 years, L.D. Allen of Sheridan, 2 brothers Donnie and Richard Saleen and 1 sister, Patty Dumas all of California.
Hilda is survived by her daughter, Stacy Slaughter and husband Ron of Sheridan; grandchildren, Travis Derrick of Little Rock and Beth Owens of Grapevine; great grandchildren, Greg and Graycee Owens also of Grapevine. Hilda also has 2 brothers, Bobby Saleen and wife Judy, and Bill Saleen all of California. She has a special niece, Shelly Saleen and a host of nieces, and nephews who will miss her dearly.

If you knew Hilda you loved her immediately, so full of life, and fun to be around.

There will be no service. Hilda will be put to rest in Pioneer, California in the Sierra Nevada Mountains she dearly loved.
