Bro. Hosea Erin Harrington of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 19, 1927 in Sheridan, the son of the late Olen Winfred and Virginia Clark Harrington. He was a very loyal, and proud, charter member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Sheridan, and also was instrumental in organizing the church. He also served in the United States Marines. He was an ordained Missionary Baptist Minister, who pastored numerous churches over the years, as well as being a retired insurance agent.

Mr. Harrington died Monday, May 11, 2020 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 92.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mickey Reed Harrington; daughter, Sharon Pugh; brothers, Winfred Harrington, L.C. Harrington, and a sister, Elizabeth Baxley.

Survivors include his sister-in-law, Margaret Hamner Harrington, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and his IBC Church family.

Due to Covid-19, A private graveside service will be held at Lost Creek Cemetery, with no visitation.
