Jack H. Denis, Jr. of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 18, 1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Mary Catherine Haines Denis and the late Jack H. Denis, Sr. He went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack H. Denis, Sr.; his brother, Tim Denis, and his grandparents, Thelma Haines and Eula May Denis.

Survivors: wife and best friend, Shirley Cisco Denis of Sheridan; sons, Gator and wife Amber Denis of Sheridan, John O'Barr and Tracy of East End; daughters, Jessica Denis of Jacksonville, Tammy and husband Bud McDonald of Sheridan, Amanda and husband John David Treadway of Sheridan; mother, Mary Denis of North Little Rock; sister-in-law, Lisa and husband Harold Beard of Spring, TX; aunt Mary Hall of Meeker, OK.

Jack was most proud of his grandkids, Katie, Chris, Zachary, Jasmine, Garrett, Cameron, Hunter, Alli, Lexi, Blake, Riggin, Kade, Braylee, Falynn, and Maddox.

Jack was an avid deer hunter. He loved running his fox hounds with his buddies. Jack loved living life to the fullest.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wes Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Center Campground Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Gator Denis, Kenny Ashley, Chris Tillman, Rodney Hogan, James Lewis and Tony Puckett. Honorary pallbearers are Chris Wheeler, Bud McDonald and John O'Barr.
