Jackie had a love for Southern Gospel music. She joined The "New" Happy Rhythms Southern Gospel Group in 1996 as their alto singer. She had an alto voice all her own. She was a dedicated person, when you had practice or a concert she was there. She was at practice Friday night December 29, the night before she became so ill. Her desire was to spread God's word in song and music. When things would get tough her words where "Hey Guys, God is going to see us through" and He always did. She is going to be missed so much by all the group.
Before joining The "New" Happy Rhythms, she was a member of One Accord for 5 years. As you can see JACKIE LOVED GOSPEL MUSIC!!!
