James David "Bubba" Scott of Prattsville, Arkansas was born September 20, 1993 at Malvern, Arkansas, the son of Kimberly Marie Webb Spink and the late Nicklas Eric Bray.  Bubba loved anything outdoors. From hunting and fishing to working on small engines, he was happiest when he was outside.  He was of the Pentecostal faith.

James died Friday, December 29, 2023 at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton at the age of 30. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Marilyn Webb.

Survivors include his mother, Kimberly Spink; step-father, Chico Spink; grandmother, Maria West; brother, C.J. Spink, Jr.; bonus brothers, Nathan Ragsdale, Joseph Jones; Aunt, Rebecca (Gerald) Powell, Sylvia Hughes;  Uncles, Norwood Smith; John Miles, Tony (Lydia) Crutchfield, Doug Bray; Cousin Danielle Powell (David Dauterive).  He is also survived by a "slew" of other family members and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 3, 2023 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Troy Burnett officiating.  Visitation will also be Wednesday from 1:00-2:00 P.M.

Memorials may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
