Beverly "Jeannie" Wise Gregory of Malvern, Arkansas was born January 13, 1943 in Little Rock the daughter of the late A.G. Wise, Jr. and Doris Young Wise.

Jeannie passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Arbor Oaks Nursing and Rehab at the age of 82.

She attended Sheridan School where she was a majorette and graduated from Rancho Alamitos High School, Garden Grove, CA in 1960. She and Troy were members of First Landmark Baptist Church since 1965 and they enjoyed deer hunting, bass fishing, and camping. She also retired after 36 years of service to State Farm Insurance working in Sheridan, Malvern and Batesville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Gregory; son, Craig Gregory; son-in-law, Gary Lumsden; grandparents, Dewey and Era Young, A.G. Wise, Sr. and Lillie Wise: sisters, Donna Larson and Cheryl Ann Maxwell.

Survivors: daughter Kim Lumsden of Hensley; grandson, Chase Gregory (Lyndsey) of Batesville.

Graveside service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Philadelphia Cemetery with Bro. Shawn Hill and Bro. DeHaan Thornton officiating. Visitation is 9:30 until service time also at the cemetery.

Pallbearers are Randy Mooney, Doug Hollinger, Robbie Mooney, Mike Whittemore, Odus Fulmer and Al Mangrum. Honorary pallbearers are Dale Wilkinson and Robert Earl Mooney.

If you knew her you loved her, she was one of a kind and when you think of her the family hopes it brings a smile.

The family would like to say thank you to Arbor Oaks Nursing and Rehab in Malvern and Gentiva Hospice for their loving and tender care shown throughout her short stay and all the prayers given for her. You are all truly a blessing.
