Jeannie Marie Shellnut Harp of Sheridan, Arkansas was born May 22, 1950 in Pine Bluff, the daughter of the late LD and Bernice Smith Shellnut. She attended Providence Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, playing the piano and being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Harp passed away at her home on July 9, 2025 with her family by her side at the age of 75.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Shellnut; granddaughter, Autumn Walker and her dog, Daisy.

Survivors: husband, best friend and caregiver of 54 years, Arther Harp of Sheridan; son, David Harp (Melinda)
of Benton; daughters, DD Walker (Lance) of Sheridan, Cindy Silliman (John) of Sheridan; sister, Barbara Lea (Lewis) of Carthage; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.

Graveside service will be at 10:00 AM at Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Center Grove Cemetery with Bro. Lance Walker officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home, Friday from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Pallbearers are Jake Rackley, David Harp, Joel Walker, John Silliman, Jim Quick, and Lance Walker
