Jeffrey Thomas "Strawberry" Haley of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 17, 1960 at Lakeland, Florida, the son of Floyd and Nancy Gregg Haley. He worked in construction at Saline Steel Erectors, enjoyed sports, especially football and basketball and was an avid hunter and fisherman belonging to HP&L Hunting Club. Most of all, Jeff was a very special "Dad" to his boys.

Mr. Haley died Friday, July 21, 2006 near Sheridan as the result of an automobile accident at the age of 45.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilma Allen Gregg and Judson Paul Gregg of Miami, Florida and Elmo Haley of Redfield.

Wife: Betty Roig Haley; Sons, Joseph T.Haley and Justin T. Haley all of Sheridan; Parents, Floyd and Nancy Haley formerly of Sheridan now of Little Rock; Grandmother, Flora Haley of Redfield; Brothers, Judson Haley and wife Beth and Kerry Haley and wife Phyllis all of Little Rock; Sister, Kelly Haley Elkins and husband Ken of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Nieces, Melinda Haley, Julia Haley, Katherine Haley, Madison Elkins, Madison Buttram; Nephew, Judson Haley Jr. and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, July 24, 2006 at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Terry Williams and Bro. Al Michael officiating. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery near Redfield. Visitation: Sunday, 4-7 P.M.
