Jeffrey "Jeff" Waters of Hensley, Arkansas was born October 21, 1960 at Los Angeles, California the son of Barbara Wilkerson Waters Roberts and the late Ruell Waters. He was a member of Living Stones Church at Hensley and was employed by Interstate Sign Company. Jeff loved the outdoors, from fishing and pitching horseshoes to working in his back yard.

Mr. Waters died Monday, October 15, 2007 at U.A.M.S. Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 46. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jimmy and Jackie Waters.

Survivors include his wife, Karen Cheatham Waters of Hensley; son, John Oglesby of Hensley; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Trey; mother, Barbara Roberts; brothers, Johnny, Joe, Jesse, and Terry Waters; Sisters, Roberta Vowell and Robin Andrews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 19, 2007 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Jason Smith officiating. Burial will be in Landmark Cemetery. Visitation: Thursday, 6:00-8:00 P.M.
Pallbearers are Billy Walker, Steve Maxfield, Joe Scarberry, Bryan Andrews, Cody Maxfield and Gary Cheatham, Jr.
