Jeremy Scott Kumpe of Sheridan, Arkansas was born January 12, 1990 at Little Rock, the son of Jeffery Lynn Kumpe and Cynthia Lynn Seibs Kumpe. Jeremy was the proudest "daddy" in the world to his son Elijah. He loved spending every second he could with him, and making precious memories. His other love was anything outdoors. From kayaking to hiking, fishing and hunting, to landscaping, and being a self-declared "Grill Master", he was always active doing something. He was a natural entertainer, and kept his family and friends laughing all the time.

Jeremy died Thursday, June 10, 2021, near his home, as a result of an automobile accident, at the age of 31.

He is survived by the love of his life, his son Elijah Kumpe; Elijah's mother, Lacy Carter; parents, Jeff and Angela Kumpe and Cindy Seibs Kumpe, all of Sheridan; brothers, Justin Kumpe and his children Zachary and Waylon, of Rogers; Michael Kumpe and his daughter Bella, of Rogers, Tyler Kumpe of Sheridan; grandparents, Cathy and Ernie Kumpe, Dawn and Tom Crawford, Norman "Slick" Smead; aunt, Angie Kumpe and her son, Matthew Pearson, and Trish King and her daughter Breanna. Jeremy is also survived by numerous other family members, and a huge number of friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, 5:00-8:00 P.M.

Pallbearers are Adam White, Tim White, Chad Wortman, Brad Wortman, Colby Blackstock, and Michael Seavers.
