Jerry Lee Clark of Sheridan, Arkansas was born June 28, 1938 at Leachville, Arkansas the son of Thelma Clark and the late Burt Clark. He attended Junet Pentecostal Church, was employed by Brown and Root, and was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Mr. Clark died Friday, January 16, 2004 at his home at the age of 65. He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Freda Clark and a brother, Larry Clark of Lonoke.

Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Clark of Sheridan

Daughter: Misty Lucas and husband Mark of Sheridan

Mother: Thelma Clark of Sherwood

Brothers: Don Clark and wife Jan of Clarksville
Tommy Clark and wife Paula of McCrory
Sister-in-law: Sharon Clark of Lonoke

Sister: Betty Kirsch of Sherwood

2 Grandchildren: Chris and Ginnie Lucas

5 Nieces and 5 Nephews

He is also survived by a host of very dear friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 19, 2004 at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel at Sheridan with the Rev. Jon Cox officiating. Burial will be at the Center Campground Cemetery in the Prague Community. Visitation: Sunday, 5-8 P.M.. Memorials may by made to the American Cancer Society.
