Jill Coleen Reed Kelley of Mabelvale, Arkansas was born September 26, 1961 in Little Rock, the daughter of Ernestine Damron Reed and the late JD Reed. She was a member of East End Baptist Church and a graduate of Sheridan High School Class of 1979. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, reading and being with her family.

Jill died August 26, 2023 at St Vincent Hospice in Little Rock at the age of 61.

She was preceded in death by her father, JD Reed.

Survivors: sons, Justin Durham of Mabelvale, Jay (Brittney) Durham of Cabot; daughter, Rayla Reed of Mabelvale; mother, Ernestine Damron Reed of Hensley; brothers, Mitch (Patty) Reed of East End, Rich (Brenda) Reed of Sheridan; sister, Markeeta (Stan) Cunningham of East End; 7 grandchildren and a host of friends.

Per her request there will be no public service.
