Jimmy Dale Benson Cotton of Sheridan, Arkansas was born April 28, 1940 in Sheridan, Arkansas the daughter of the late Robert Benson and Ruby Kathleen McReynolds Roberts. She was a member of Junet Pentecostal Church near Sheridan and had worked for many years at Kohler. She was an avid Razorback fan, loved to go camping but most of all she loved and enjoyed her grandchildren.

Mrs. Cotton died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age 70.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Daron Dewayne "D.D." Cotton, brothers, James Wallace "Huchie" Roberts, Lynn Edward "Lynn Eddie" Roberts, a half brother, Robert Lee Benson and a half sister, Ophie Howard.

Ruby Faye Robertson of Sheridan;
Joyce Ann DeRusse of Jacksonville;
Half Sisters, Minnie Dale Garner of Sheridan; Elsie Hawkins of Pine Bluff;
4 grandchildren, Eric Shane Cotton, Charity Star Holzeimer, Stephanie Lynn Watts and Lucas Shane Cotton; Step grandson, Spencer Mitchell; 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Monday, July 26, 2010 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home of Sheridan with Bro. Al and Sis Virginia Officiating. Burial will follow at Rhodes Cemetery.
Visitation: 4:00 until 6:00 Sunday at the funeral home.
