Jimmy Lawrence of Sheridan Arkansas was born August 24, 1944 in Marianna, Arkansas. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his sweetie. He was also a remarkable gunsmith and took a lot of pride in building and customizing guns.

Jimmy died Thursday, April 22, 2021 in Little Rock, at the age of 76. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Kathy Honeycutt Lawrence, his beloved wife of 34 years, Patsy Lawrence; a daughter, Tammy Axsom Mitchell; a son, Tim Lawrence, a granddaughter, Lauren Williams Aud;  and two great granddaughters, Hannah Parnell and Alaina Evans.

He is survived by the love of his life, Adelia "Dee" Williams, three daughters, Lisa Axsom Williams, Christy Francis Johnson (Jason), Kay Lawrence; Three stepdaughters, Kim Golden, Janet Vaughn (Chris), and Mari Garrett (Erik); stepson, Billy Axsom (Cary); sister, Bobbie Sue Rowton; grandchildren, Jessica Williams (Matt), Jana Attwood (Jared), Bradley Williams (Lauren), Kimberly Axsom, Patrick Axsom, Paige Meredith Atwood (Clint), Colton Meredith, Charles McVay, Tyler Harris, Brittany Harris, Rebecca Childers (Cole), and fourteen great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Jimmy's life will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Sheridan Church of Christ (901 N. Main St. Sheridan, Arkansas 72150) with Tom Warmack officiating.
