Jimmy Voy Liles of Sheridan, Arkansas was born December 16, 1942 in Pulaski County, Arkansas, the son of Lucille Holloway Liles and the late Hollie Liles. He was a Baptist and was retired from International Paper Company in Pine Bluff. Jimmy enjoyed being outdoors and activities that included fishing and making fishing lures, carpentry, gardening, auto restoration, and watching and feeding the animals and birds around his home.

Mr. Liles died Thursday, June 22, 2006 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 63.

Survivors include his wife and best friend, Joann Wilkerson Liles of Sheridan; Daughter and Son-in-law, Stacy and Todd Dobbins of Redfield; Sons, Chris and John Liles both of Redfield; Mother, Lucille Liles of Greenbrier; Brother, Jerry Liles of Sheridan; Sisters, Daphne Edwards of Greenbrier and Donna Bryan of Mabelvale; Grandchildren, Brett Dobbins, Keesha Bass, Paige Liles and McKenzie Liles.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Gravelridge Cemetery near Hermitage, Arkansas with Bro. Greg Myers officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
