Joan Croy Minyard of Redfield, Arkansas was born June 15, 1934 in Orion, Arkansas the daughter of the late Chester A. and Dollie Howlett Croy. She was a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Church and a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, fondly known as "Momma Jo".

Mrs. Minyard died Thursday, April 17, 2008 at UAMS at the age of 73.

Survivors include, Husband, Charles R. Minyard of Redfield;
One Son, Philip V. Breazeal of Redfield;
One Daughter, Vicky J. Graves of Redfield;
One Brother, Ronald Wayne Croy and wife Wilma of East End;
One Sister, Chestene Bruce of Redfield;
One Grandson; Tony and Jennifer Graves;
Two great grandchildren, Kristen and Shelby;

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan with Bro. Jerry Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Orion Cemetery near Redfield. Visitation: 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Wayne Clark, Mike Trantham, Frank Brown, Wayne Shilling, Steve Martin and Jeff Owens. Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Smith, Jitter Red, Ed Watson, Harold Gwin and Charlie Bruce.
