JoAnn Robbins Eubanks, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, was born January 6, 1939 at Malvern, Arkansas, the daughter of Annie Mae Parker Robbins and the late Joe Robbins.. She died on December 17, 2004 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 65. She was a housewife.

Survivors are her husband, Claud J. Eubanks of the home,
4 daughters, Jacqueline Keeling; Robyn Rhoden and Pam Pickard, of Sheridan; and Janet Scifres of Greenwood, Arkansas.
