Joann Wilkerson Liles, age 67, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 7, 1947 to George and Ruth Langston Wilkerson. She went to be with Jesus on February 19, 2015.

Joann graduated from Hermitage High School in 1965. She was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Gravelridge, Arkansas and was retired from International Paper Mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Jo loved reading, fishing, camping, gardening, watching birds and other animals around her home and had a very special love of dogs. Family was very important in her life, showing love and giving to anyone that asked, never expecting anything in return.

She was preceded in death by her husband and best friend, Jimmy Liles of Sheridan; her dad and mom, George and Ruth Langston Wilkerson; two brothers, Harold and Nyles Wilkerson, all of the Gravelridge Community.

She is survived by her two sisters, Alice Jean Adams and Sharon Wilkerson May both of Sheridan and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Gravelridge. Michael Walton will be officiating the service to include sharing of memories followed by an open fellowship.
