JoAnn Guynes Mitcham of Redfield, Arkansas was born April 10, 1939 in St. Charles, Arkansas, the daughter of the late James "J.D." and Dorothy Adams Guynes. She was of the Methodist faith and had owned Terry's Too Restaurant for years. She enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, watching golf on TV and spending time with her family, whom she loved dearly.

Mrs. Mitcham died Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at her home at the age of 78.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Chris Garrett and 2 great grandchildren, River Garrett and Cade Akard.
Survivors: husband, James Mitcham of Redfield; sons, Ed (Cindy) Garrett of Hot Springs, Randy (Linda) Garrett of Redfield, David (Angie) Garrett of Redfield, Kerry (Sandra) Garrett of Redfield; daughter, Regina (Gary) Neppl of DeWitt; brothers, Jerry Guynes of DeWitt, Mickey (Pam) Maddox of Carlisle; sister, Carolyn (Bobby) Wright of DeWitt; 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 6, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Burial will follow at Redfield Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-6 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
