Joanna Lee Webb Weaver, known to many as “Sissy”, was born January 17, 1940 at Prattsville, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Idus and Esta Buie Webb. She was a member of Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church and most of her career was spent in medical records. Later in life, she worked in local restaurants, including The Whippett and Mazio’s. Sissy was known and loved by many for her larger than life personality.

Mrs. Weaver died Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Prattsville, at the age of 85. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Weaver; brothers, James “Honey” Webb, Billy “Spider” Webb, and David “Stoney” Webb.

Survivors include her son, Tracy Dean Weaver; brother, Teddy Webb; sisters, Velma Pearson, Deanna Duff (Jeffrey). She is also survived by other extended family members and many friends.

Joann requested that there be no funeral services.
