Joe Vernon Hale of Pine Bluff, Arkansas was born June 11, 1950, in Sheridan, Arkansas, the son of the late Arnold and Mavis Lybrand Hale. He was retired from Kohler and enjoyed riding motorcycles.

Joe died Monday, August 31, 2020 at his home at the age of 70.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors: sons, Charles Christopher Hale of Jacksboro, Texas, Phillip Austin Hale of Trinidad, Colorado; brother David Hale of Flower Mountain, Texas; 2 grandchildren a host of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church near Carthage, Arkansas.
