Joey E. Puckett Allen of Sheridan, Arkansas was born July 17, 1922 at Sheridan the daughter of the late Joseph Harve and Jenny Stuckey Puckett. She was a retired Sheridan Schools Custodian and a member of First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Sheridan where she was a member of the Grace Sunday School Class.

Mrs. Allen died Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at Sheridan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 81.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Horace "Rooster" Mashburn, and five brothers.

She is survived by her husband, Aubrey Allen, Sons: James Allen and wife Linda , Tom Allen and wife Dianne all of Sheridan: Daughters: Rhonda Harris of Sheridan; Linda Naylor and husband Joe of Pine Bluff: Sisters; Floy Davisand her husband Lavoy of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Janie Derrick and Laverne Lucas both of Sheridan, Betty Zylks and husband Roy Don of Rodessa, Louisiana and Caregivers: Teresa Clark, Beth and Becky McKinney. Special Nieces: Cherry DeMoss and Vicki

Funeral services will be Friday, March 26, 2004 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Mooney and Rev. Tim Montogomery officiating. Burial will follow in Lost Creek Cemetery at Sheridan. Visitation: 5:30 -7:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home. .
