Joseph W. Mitchell of Sheridan, Arkansas, known to his family and friends as "Joe" or "Mitch", was born August 1, 1944 at St. Louis, Missouri the son of the late Melvin Eugene and Lois Imogene Reynolds Mitchell. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, worked in Building Maintenance for Kids First in Little Rock and was a member of the RMR Hunting Club.

Mr. Mitchell died Monday, May 17, 2004 at the Baptist Medical Center at Little Rock at the age of 59.

Daughter: Nicole Mitchell Kennedy and Son-in-law Steven Snow of Little Rock

Brother and Sister-in-Law: Leon and Judy Mitchell of Lake Humphrey, Oklahoma

Sister and Brother-in-law: Connie and Lynn Stubbs of Sheridan

Uncle: Houston Reynolds of Elgin, Illinois

Aunts: Helen McBride of Dexter, Missouri, Faye Bunch of Dexter, Missouri, Sue Dock of Malden, Missouri, Yvonne Hopkins of Springhill, Kansas and Bernice Malone of Dexter, Missouri.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel at Sheridan with Bro. Michael Walton officiating.
