Peggy Joyce Stuart Cooper of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 24,1932 in Senabbia, MS, the daughter of the late Royce Rush (Skeeter) Stuart and Roberta Cecil Owens (Ms Bert) Stuart.

Ms. Cooper died January 20, 2025 at the Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab Center at the age of 92.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, A.W. Cooper; daughter, Linda Nores; brothers, Sam Stuart, John Stuart, Hasle Stuart, Ronnie Stuart; and daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Stuart Oakley.

Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Keith Cooper, DVM and Sharon Cooper of Sheridan: sister, Jeannette Stuart Tarver; grandchildren, Francis Campbell (Billy), Andy Cooper (Tristan) and many great grandchildren: a great great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 3:00-5:00 P. M. at Palestine Baptist Church, 59379 Palestine Church Road, Bogalusa, LA 70427.
