Joyce Davis Hovey

Joyce Davis Hovey of Sheridan, Arkansas was born April 25, 1943 in Tecumseh, MI, the daughter of the late William Kenneth and Juanita Cooper Davis. She was a retired bank teller and enjoyed crafting and doing puzzles.

Ms. Hovey died on Monday, June 29, 2026 at Saline Memorial Hospital at the age of 83.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors: son, Dennis Hovey (Christina) of East End; daughters, Tracy J. Garrett (Donald) of East End, Janis Cooper (Ronald) of North Carolina;6 grandchildren, Shane T. Anderson, Alicia I. Anderson, Kayleigh D. Hovey, Chad Mincey, Cody Mincey, and Chris Mincey; great grandchild, Vincent and a host of extended family members and friends.

The family will have a service for her at a later date.
