Joyce Lee Kelly Wiggins of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 18, 1935 in Sheridan, Arkansas the daughter of the late Carl and Corine Walker Kelly. She was a member of Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Wiggins died Monday, September 23, 2013 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock at the age of 78.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Wiggins and a brother, Bud Kelly.

Survivors: Son, David Jones of Winfield, Kansas;
Daughter, Debra Nettles of Benton;
Brothers, Jim Kelly; Dennis Kelly and wife Carolyn all of Sheridan;
Sisters, Loretta Myers of Oregon; Wanda Kelly of Oregon and Judy Roberts of Sheridan;
Grandchildren, Andrew Nettles and Rebecca Nettles, two step-sons and one step-daughter and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at Pine Ridge Cemetery in Grapevine with Bro. Robert Ewing officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 P. M.
