Juanita Ashley Crutchfield of Prattsville, Arkansas was born August 10, 1934 in Prattsville, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Dudley Daniel and Clarid McCool Ashley. She was an active member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville, where she served her Lord faithfully. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and taking care of her family.

Ms. Crutchfield died on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 86.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Billie Joe Crutchfield and a brother Olton Ashley.

Survivors: sons, Steven Crutchfield of Little Rock, Daniel (Lisa) Crutchfield of Prattsville; daughter, Karen (Brian) Harrington of Prattsville; brother, Orville Ashley of Prattsville; sister, Oleda Jean Norwood of California; sister-in-law, Jeanette Crutchfield of Michigan; 6 grandchildren, Evan Crutchfield, Jarod Crutchfield, Amy Harrington, Erin Harrington, Kelsey (Brett) Crane, Danielle Crutchfield; 2 great grandsons, Brady and Boston Crane and a host of nieces, nephews, church family and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville with Bro. Pat Greer officiating.
