Obituary

Julia Eugene "Jean" Reeves Williams of Grapevine, Arkansas was born May 7, 1921 in Rohwer, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Idell and Addie Bell Roberts Reeves. She was a charter member of First Assembly of God Church in Pine Bluff, and in recent years, had attended Double Wells Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, quilting and flowers.

Ms. Williams died Friday, February 17, 2017 in Pine Bluff at the age of 95.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dorsey Williams, brothers, John B. Reeves, Early Reeves, Bennie Joe Reeves; sisters, Dorothy Reeves O'Connor, Hazel Reeves Williams, Syble Reeves Akines; and a great grandson, David Burrall.

Survivors: daughters, Jean Burrall of Little Rock, Jeanette Clement and husband James of Grapevine, Joann Rucker of Pine Bluff, Geneva Holt and husband Larry of Milton, Florida; grandchildren, Randy James Burrall, James Benjamin Clement, Stacy Burrall Kindervater, Carol Rucker Hartley, Rhonda Rucker Bunting, Larry Rucker, Jr., Jason Rucker, Carol Lynn Holt Clemons; numerous great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Michael Cottrell officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Rison. Visitation is also Tuesday, from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
