Obituary
Justin Neil Kell of Sheridan, Arkansas was born November 9, 1967 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas the son of the late Lowell Dean Kell and Reda Jane Williams Kell. He was a truck driver for Cal-Ark trucking and had served in the US Army.
Mr. Kell died Sunday, June 23, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 45.

Sons, Danny Watkins, Jr. And wife Ashley of Sheridan; J. J. Kell, Jr. of Sheridan;
Daughters, Jackie Baty of Sheridan;
Brothers, David Kell of Sheridan and James Kell of Pine Bluff; Niece, Nicole Kell and nephew, Jared George and a host of friends.
A time of visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at the Sheridan Recreation Center.
