Kacy Diana Oakley LaFleur of Conway, Arkansas was born February 1, 1977 in Pine Bluff, the daughter of Kenny Oakley and Karen "Sissy" Graves. In short, Kacy loved life. She was described as one the kindest, most selfless people her family has ever known. Though she was dealing with her own serious health problems, her concern was always for the well being of everyone else. She was a devoted animal lover, enjoyed gardening, traveling, photography, drawing, painting, motorcycle riding, refinishing furniture and was the foremost authority on anything dealing with music. She was also a very proud "Aunt Kacy-girl" to her nieces and nephews. Kacy was also a devoted military wife.

Kacy died Monday, September 26, 2011 at U.A.M.S. Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 34.

Survivors include her husband, Michael LaFleur of Allenstown, New Hampshire; parents, Kenny and Kay Oakley of Sheridan and Karen "Sissy" Graves and Bill Brown of Conway; her cats, Rudy and Ralph; mother and father-in-law, Teresa and Richard Duguay of Allenstown, New Hampshire; sisters, Karrie Thrower, Misty Crosswhite, Angie Kraft; sister-in-law, Jennifer LaFleur; 4 nieces, 4 nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Kacy's life will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Visitation will also be Saturday, from 1:30 p.m. until service time at 3:00. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local humane society or Sheridan Animal Control, 304 Gatzke Drive, Sheridan, AR 72150.
