Karen Ann Reid Mooney of Mabelvale, Arkansas was born November 25, 1955 in Santa Ana, California, the daughter of the late Alfred Harold and Christine Brooks Reid. She enjoyed working in her yard, making jewelry, riding on her Rhino and crocheting.

Karen died at her home on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at the age of 68.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Mooney.

Survivors: sons, Christopher Whitmire (Christi) of Mabelvale, Jerry Mullins (Nita) of Sheridan; daughter, Christy Mooney of Mabelvale; brothers, Tim Reid (Linda) of Sheridan, Danny Reid of Mabelvale; sister, Patsy Varner of Texas; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 12, 2024 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sheridan.
