Keith Randall Rowe of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 6, 1963 at Little Rock, Arkansas the son of Bobby Neil Rowe and Nelorine Whitfield Hickman. He was a member of New Life Fellowship Church of Sheridan, an avid outdoorsman who had a love for the ocean, Elvis, and his family.

Mr. Rowe died Friday, November 4, 2011 at his home, at the age of 48, after battling a lengthy illness.

Mother, Nelorine "Nel" Hickman of Benton;
Step-father, Jim Shepherd of Hot Springs;
Brothers, Kelly and wife Kim Rowe of Sheridan; Randy and wife Terri Rowe of Harrison, Billy and wife Delila Reed of Vilonia; Mike and wife Myra Shepherd of Hot Springs;
Sisters, Cindy Gebhardt of Lonoke; Kim and husband Bill Thompson of Vilonia;
Special nephews and nieces, Kenny and wife Melissa Rowe, Kayla Rowe and Kristin Rowe; a special great nephew, Andrew Rowe as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Cypert officiating. A time of visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
