Kenneth Wayne Loftis of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 28, 1939 in Beebe, Arkansas, the son of the late Clarence Loftis, Sr. and Elmo Maurice Stone Loftis. He was a member of Ephesus Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and laying floor covering.

Mr. Loftis died Friday, September 11, 2020 at Baptist Heath Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 80.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers.

Survivors: wife of 34 years, Barbara Brown Loftis of Sheridan; sons, Donnie (Felecia) Loftis of North Little Rock; daughters, Valerie Skinner of East End, Carol Reagan of North Little Rock, Tina (Chris) Gattis of Kennett, Missouri, Christal (John) Allen of Sheridan; brother, Jerry Loftis of Sheridan; sisters, Carolyn (Bill) Williams of Cabot, Diane Gorbet of Beebe; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and one on the way and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
