Kenneth Elige Lowry, Sr. of Sheridan, Arkansas was born June 20, 1944 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of the late Elige Leon Lowrey and Ruth Virginia Jobe Lowry. He taught mechanics and had served in the Air Force for many years. He was a platinum member of Carnival Cruise Lines and had been on his 37 ^th cruise when he died in Jamaica on May 19, 2022 the age of 77.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, tinkering with cars and fixing anything that was broken. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Lowry and a sister Joann Bearden.

Survivors: wife, Shari Stephens Morrison of Sheridan; son, Kenneth E. Lowry, Jr. of Owasso, OK; daughters, Dawn Lowry of Rogers, Leslie Wilson of Sheridan, Lana (Chris) Freeman of Sheridan, LeaAnn (Brian) Freeman of Grapevine; sister, Lenore Gifford of Little Rock; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and one on the way and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 AM on June 11. 2022 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan.
