Obituary
Ms. Kenney Lee Sweaney Mayer of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 11, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas, the daughter of the late John Daniel and Marie Gunter Sweaney. She was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan. She enjoyed watching TV, painting with her sister, singing and writing songs.
Ms. Mayer died Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at her home at the age of 74.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Mayer and all of her children, Missy Broz, Louis Broz, Clint Mitchell, Pat Mitchell, Scott Mitchell and Mark Mayer.
Survivors: brother, Danny Sweaney and wife Jeannie of Altanta, Georgia; sister and best friend, JoAnn George of Sheridan; 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and church family.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan with Bro. Danny Hill officiating.
Visitation will be Friday 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
